Title: An effective form of Pila-Wilkie for pfaffian functions, and some diophantine applications


Abstract: I’ll discuss recent effective versions of the Pila-Wilkie theorem for sets definable using pfaffian functions. As an application we obtain a strong uniform version of Manin-Mumford for products of CM elliptic curves, which has further applications to some mixed Andre-Oort problems.
