The success of scorecard development projects depends on in depth understanding of the various components of the entire process. Reject Inference - the assigning of performance classification to rejected (declined) cases - is a key component of Application scorecard development. This session will introduce the concept of reject inference and discuss some of the methodologies available.
Naeem currently supports SAS Risk Management initiatives including Credit Scoring, Fraud Detection and Enterprise Risk Management. He has over 9 years experience in credit risk management, both as a consultant as well as in risk management positions in Canadian financial institutions. Naeem has a BEng from Imperial College of London and an MBA from York University.
