Mortgage Risk Management

Sir Graham Day, the Chairman of Scotiabank Executive Committee, addressing Banking Professionals and MBA students at the 3rd Annual Dalhousie MBA Reception, said "The successful management of risk in a financial services environment determines whether a profit is earned, whether a client is well served and whether a regulator is satisfied. Indeed, in extremis, whether risks overall are successfully managed can determine whether a financial institution in fact survives."

Credit Risk Management clearly plays a critical role in business today.
