Chapter 8: 8-1 to 8-4
Chapter 9: 9-1 to 9-4
Chapter 10: 10-1 to 10-5
Chapter 13: 13-1, 13-2 [Single-factor experiments]
Chapter 14: 14-1, 14-2, 14-3, 14-4 [Two-factor factorial experiments]
Chapter 11: 11-1 to 11-8

Sections not covered:

Chapter 12: 12-1 [Regression formulas in matrix notation]
Chapter 15: 15-2.2

The material on the Bootstrap and the Regression formulas in matrix notation will be useful to you some day but we did not have time to discuss these topics in class.
