Title: Advanced Graphical Methods for Quantitative Ecology
Abstract: I intend to look at topics related to the visualization of directed acyclic graphs (DAGs), and the mathematics and geometry of multivariate probability distributions (e.g. the Dirichlet family of distributions). I aim to connect this material with some of the literature on ecological models and theory, dimensional scaling, and to object-oriented programming methods in R.
