Title: Optimal transport problems from Calabi-Yau metrics
Abstract: In this talk, I will discuss a new emerging theme in K\”ahler geometry which links the study of Calabi-Yau metrics with optimal transport problems. I will then discuss some recent joint work with T. Collins on the regularity theory of optimal transport and how it may help us better understand the geometry of Calabi-Yau metrics.
